​Elizabeth has 10+ years of experience helping pharma and biotech teams move faster, work smarter, and stay focused on what matters most: the patient. Her early aspirations in medicine fuel her passion today in helping to improve how therapies are developed, approved, and delivered. Liz works at the intersection of biology, business and technology, with a focus on developing and bringing thoughtful strategies to life through operational excellence, program management, change management and tech enablement. She is known for bringing structure without bureaucracy and for pushing back thoughtfully when it serves the client and the patient. Her work spans across R&D, Regulatory and Commercial and touches Development Acceleration, Business Process Management,  Digital Transformation, Playbook Development and Change Management.

​Before Scimitar, Liz worked at SSI Strategy and Accenture’s Life Sciences Accelerated R&D practice, supporting organizations from lean biotechs to top global pharmas. A lifelong athlete, she brings camaraderie, agility, discipline and time management of competitive sports into every engagement. Outside of work, Liz loves to travel, often exploring new countries by bike, and spends as much time as possible with her family. She brings energy, curiosity, and a strong sense of purpose to everything she does.
