Approach
Scimitar partnered with cross-functional stakeholders to design harmonized asset planning templates for each functional team. This uniform planning structure was ingested into a database for centralized storage. Reporting and analytics were built off the centralized data to drive insights and data consistency across the portfolio for executive and functional level stakeholders on the status of the development pipeline.
