With more than two decades of experience in pharmaceutical and biotechnology research and delivery, Christina brings a rare combination of operational rigor and human-centered coaching. She knows that the hardest part of any high-stakes environment is rarely the science or the strategy — it is the human side. The leader who cannot find the signal through the noise.
