As an Engagement Manager, I am responsible for managing day-to-day project work and ensuring excellent project delivery. Additionally, I work alongside client leads (Principals, Sr Principals, and/or Managing Directors) to ensure deliverables exceed client expectations and are true value-adds.

As a Principal, I have the accountability to deliver program-level solutions with autonomy to design, plan and implement together with the client. I look forward to quality client engagements, becoming an integral part of their team to deliver solutions that delight.
Contractor to full-time transition – I transitioned from a contractor to a full-time employee, and it was a seamless experience. As a full-time employee, I'm positioned to connect closely with our team, share ideas, and absorb incredible insights and knowledge. I also enjoy providing input and influencing the culture, strategy, and our long-term health.
My expertise - includes technical operations, portfolio and project management, quality systems implementation, process excellence, and transformational change.

Scimitar is a tight group of peers- with diverse project experiences and backgrounds. Though we may lead client projects independently, we support each other and contribute collectively. I find it very satisfying to help the team and receive support while leading my projects.

Kofi Kumi
Partner
As a Partner, my primary accountabilities include driving growth at Scimitar through cultivating client relationships and developing our staff. On the client side, I partner with our Sponsors and the Client Project leads to deliver exceptional results for our projects. Internally, I mentor our staff to help them focus on excellent value delivery to our clients and their career satisfaction. My areas of expertise include clinical development acceleration, clinical quality, regulatory, workforce planning, and program deployment.

The people on our team are superstars who are as comfortable working in a team as they are working individually. But the hallmark of a superstar for me is someone willing to learn and ready to bring fresh ideas to help us deliver better value. And all of our people do precisely that. And then we have our amazing clients. So, we don’t just hire great people, but we also find great clients we can partner with to create sustainable value in their business.
