A global biopharma client launching a complex ADC faced insufficient launch capacity across raw materials, conjugation, and fill/finish due to capital constraints and staggered approvals.
Approach
We mobilized a TPT — Technical Product Leader, Demand Forecasters, Supply Lead, CMC/Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Tech-Transfer leads — back-calculated demand by phase, identified nine additional nodes across the value chain, and assessed sourcing options including greenfield, CMO slots, and strategic co-investment.
Impact
The client executed site additions and partner slot buys per the TPT roadmap, achieving on-time, in-full global launch without supply as a gating constraint. The TPT model was adopted portfolio-wide.
