​Adam is a seasoned life sciences consultant that has focused on large scale transformation projects within R&D, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, CMC, and Quality. He is known for bridging the gap between functional and technical stakeholders to harmonize business processes and governance with digital solutions to optimize an organization’s performance.

​He has recently delivered on projects related to developing the standardized planning templates to enable integrated planning at the asset and study level between functional teams, architecting the infrastructure required to ingest clinical planning data, deploying BI and analytical dashboards to drive data driven decision making related to portfolio budgeting and long-range pipeline planning, and deploying enterprise systems such as CTMS, HRIS, eQMS, and Contract Management.

​Prior to joining Scimitar, Adam was a part of Deloitte’s Life Sciences Supply Chain and Operations practice as a Senior Consultant. Additionally, he spent several years as a mechanical design consultant leading the design and implementation of mechanical systems for healthcare facilities.
