Caroline is a life sciences consultant with over six years of experience supporting strategic and operational work across the medical office. She has partnered closely with cross-functional teams to help move programs forward across the product development lifecycle, from early clinical planning through launch preparation. Caroline is known for bringing structure to complex problems, improving how teams work together, and helping organizations translate strategy into execution.
Her experience includes leading cross-functional program management efforts for varying stage assets, coordinating across regulatory, clinical, safety, CMC, legal, and commercial teams. She has conducted indication analyses across multiple immunology areas, supported pre-IND meeting preparation and FDA interactions, and managed patient preference studies in competitive landscapes. More recently, Caroline led a Global Medical Affairs strategy transformation ahead of launch, helping teams improve how they collect and use external insights, redesign reporting and dashboards for leadership, and streamline processes to better support decision-making and execution.
