He has led complex, high-stakes initiatives including greenfield startups, post-merger integrations, GMP recovery, inspection readiness, enterprise process redesign, and portfolio-level governance.

Tim brings deep, pragmatic GxP experience and a systems-thinking mindset to helping organizations move from project execution to sustained operations. His work bridges strategy, operations, quality, and leadership behavior—designing roles, governance, metrics, and operating rhythms that hold under regulatory pressure and organizational change. Prior to joining Scimitar, Tim served as Program Manager on Roche Pharma Technical Operations’ global post-approval change reduction program and held roles of increasing responsibility at IDEC Pharmaceuticals, Biogen, Genentech, and Roche.
